Feel like you just can't get to where you want to be?


Looking at what you have and where you are in your life right now, do you feel in a good space? Do you feel content? My guess is that many reading this will answer no.

And that's ok as it's human nature to always grow, learn and desire more. The key thing to notice here is this:

Are your desires 100% yours? Or are they an idea, a belief of the commercial mass media, your parents, society, or another type of desire that didn't come from you? Once you have worked out where these desires have come from you can then ask yourself if they really will make you happy, fulfill your life's purpose and help your heart to feel content. If you get a NO to any of these questions then it's very simple - DELETE and create some new ones that are 100% yours! If you get a YES then yay! you're on track and you can carry on The Next Steps...

Once you have desires that you get a GREAT BIG YES to, then the next step is to call them on in. How do you do that you ask?

Well, it's very simple and yet quite hard to do.

The simple answer is to believe you are doing it, can do it and will do it. Because anything you want can happen if you believe you can do it.

The problem with humans is this! When we want things and have deep desires, we often believe that we can do things only to a certain amount. As there is often a part of us that feels we can't, that it's too good for us, too hard, we don't deserve it, etc.

So when we are trying to create this new desire, we are putting out energy of "I want this, can do this." But at the same time we are putting out energy of "I'm not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, it's too hard, etc."

If everything is energy (which it is - I'm not going to explain this here - but everything is energy in this universe and our world is not different) then whichever is strongest WILL win!
