First of all, There’s a lot of shame around periods. Women often feel bad for getting their period. As when you have your period, you tend to be a little softer, sadder, and just a bit sensitive. It really can be a bit of a crazy emotional time of the month!

There's a lot that can come when you have your period especially emotionally.


But ladies don't be too hard on yourself and don't hate yourself for getting a bit moody and tired. The first thing that we need to do is to acknowledge that we are women and we need to understand that we have that times of the month, it’s our cycle and yes our hormones do constantly change all the time which affects how we feel.

However, if it’s becoming problematic there are lots you can do naturally to help with the symptoms of pain, PMS, and moodiness.

It’s a very good time of the month to have some serious me-time. You are one who knows what you need at this time of the month, not someone else. So do your best to lessen your stress as much as you can during this time.
