Quick Roast Chicken & Vege

This is a Quick as dinner a NO FUSS need to eat now sort of meal. Great when time is short and the belly is rumbling!!


Free-range chicken pre-cut chicken breast 250g
1 red onion diced
a handful of green beans chopped
chili flakes
oregano 1 tsp
salt and pepper
lemon juice
cumin seeds 1 tsp
olive oil

Throw all ingredients into roasting pan and put in the oven for 15-20 mins at 190 celsius Cover with baking paper.

potatoes chopped into chips
thyme 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
olive oil

Thow ingredients onto roasting pan in the oven for 20 mins at 190 celsius or until crispy

Grab salad leaves and a handful of fresh herbs from the garden. Rip up and dress with olive oil, grated garlic, and lemon juice!
