Buckwheat Pancakes
Who said pancakes are unhealthy? If you make these ones they aren't!
I've been perfecting the recipe for the past week or two.
It's very simple, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, high in protein and yummy
Here it is!
Throw all of these ingredients together in a large bowl and whisk until you get a nice smooth, fluid batter.
For the batter:
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
2 tablespoons of green banana flour (can use one tablespoon of coconut flour if no banana flour)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
Activated almond milk enough to make a nice runny batter
Heat skillet and add one cook one at a time.
Allow for all the bubbles to pop then flip. Using a little butter to stop sticking if needed.
For the Topping
Defrosted mixed organic berries
Unhulled tahini
A little maple syrup (just enough not a lot).
