This package targets emotional health over a 4 month period. Emotional balance is occurs when we address both the nutritional/biochemical and emotional aspects.

I will teach you how eat a healthy diet that supports balanced mood and coach you on how to witness and feel your emotions in a healthy way. I'll also use herbs, and nutritional supplements to help clear infections, and toxins from your body.

In this appointment I will take a complete holistic look at your health. Covering everything including: your signs and symptoms, diet, health history, stress levels, emotional components, sleep and lifestyle.

I will test each of your organs and glands for imbalances with kinesiology and prescribe herbal medicine and nutrients as well as teaching you how to get well + recipes.

6 Consult Package:

1x Initial 1.75 hours + 5 Follow ups

This package balances hormones over a 4 month period. Hormonal balance occurs when we support the whole body holistically.
